We collect the minimum necessary to provide the service:
We do not collect location data, contacts, camera rolls, or any data beyond what you explicitly provide.
All data is stored on Supabase, a managed cloud database and storage service. Supabase servers are hosted in the United States. Your data is protected by Supabase's security infrastructure and is only accessible to you and to us for the purpose of operating the service.
When you initiate an animal transfer, the recipient's username and your username are shown to each other as part of the transfer flow. No other personal information is shared between users.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@thefrogkeeper.com. We will delete your account and all data within 30 days of your request.
FrogLog is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify users via the app or email before the changes take effect.
